Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our B2B customer base and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the gypsum plastering, construction, or building materials industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new B2B business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, distributors, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Promote and sell company products, particularly gypsum plastering or related building materials
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience
• Experience in gypsum plastering, construction materials, or building material industry is required
• Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
