Job Summary

Dangura Digital is looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Officer to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term partners for our advertising and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for branding, digital marketing, social media, video production, and creative services
  • Pitch Dangura Digital’s services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, SMEs, startups, and marketing decision-makers
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal creative, marketing, and strategy teams
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts and negotiate commercial terms
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to expand the business pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales within an ad agency or digital marketing firm
  • Strong understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, and creative services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in client interactions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

Preferred Skills

  • Existing client network in advertising, marketing, or corporate sectors
  • Experience in handling B2B clients
  • Knowledge of social media, performance marketing, and video production services

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.90 - ₹86,622.93 per month
