Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes at EZY INDIA, a growing organization dedicated to Gypsum plastering. Your role as an HR Manager (Female) will involve shaping the people strategy, fostering a strong company culture, and driving effective HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Oversee employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor regulations - Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace morale and productivity - Handle employee benefits administration and ensure smooth communication with all staff members - Maintain HR records and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role - In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices - Strong understanding of labor legislation and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; additional HR certifications are a plus About the Company: EZY INDIA is a dynamic organization committed to excellence in Gypsum plastering.
