Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support & Coordination:
• Coordinate and assist the sales team with day-to-day operations.
• Track and follow up on sales orders, quotations, and client inquiries.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
• Maintain customer databases and update CRM systems.
• Client Communication & Relationship Management:
• Act as a point of contact between customers and the sales team.
• Handle client queries promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clients & channel partners for order fulfilment.
• Order Management:
• Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the supply chain/production team.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of pharmaceutical products.
• Cross-Department Coordination:
• Liaise with logistics, accounts, regulatory, and production teams for smooth operations.
• Support sales team in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and samples.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Nutraceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, distribution channels, and sales processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
