Sales Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Lead Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and update real estate sales leads in Zoho CRM. You will also be in charge of listing, managing, and updating real estate property listings on various property portals like 99acres. Additionally, you will verify and qualify incoming real estate sales leads to ensure accuracy and relevance. Your role will involve following up with potential real estate clients to nurture sales opportunities, assigning qualified leads to the sales team, and tracking progress through the sales cycle. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining and regularly updating real estate property inventory records to support sales operations.
