Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and updating real estate sales leads in Zoho CRM and listing, managing, and updating real estate property listings on 99acres and other property portals. Your role will involve verifying and qualifying incoming real estate sales leads, following up with potential clients, assigning qualified leads to the sales team, and tracking progress through the sales cycle. Additionally, you will be maintaining and regularly updating real estate property inventory records to support sales operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and update real estate sales leads in Zoho CRM. - List, manage, and update real estate property listings on 99acres and other property portals. - Verify and qualify incoming real estate sales leads to ensure accuracy and relevance. - Follow up with potential real estate clients to nurture sales opportunities. - Assign qualified real estate leads to the sales team and track progress through the sales cycle. - Maintain and regularly update real estate property inventory records to support sales operations.
