Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.
Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and proposals as required.
Maintain and update CRM, sales records, and customer databases.
Handle customer queries professionally through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Track daily sales performance, prepare reports, and share updates with management.
Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
Maintain product knowledge to assist the sales process effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
