Aeron Composite Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coordinator for our Manufacturing/Industrial division in Iscon, Ahmedabad.

Position Details:

4. CTC: 16,000 TO 35,000 CTC

5. Gender: Female

6. Location: S G Highway, Ahmedabad

7. Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial

8. Functional Area / Specialization: Good convincing power, communication skills, excellent in basic computer skills, internet surfing, tendering, and bidding knowledge.

9. Qualification: Diploma / Degree in ANY ENGINER ( Mechanical or Electrical Engineering , CIVIL , CHEMICAL , PAINT TECHNOLOGY ETC.....)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for e-marketing, B2B portal management, bulk emailing, and website updates.

2. Handle advertisement activities.

3. Assist with tender-related matters.

4. Register the company with respective government organizations.

5. Chat with customers on Alibaba Trade Manager and provide website customer support.

6. Conduct email and SMS campaigns.

7. Make primary calls on inquiries received from B2B portals.

8. Generate and distribute inquiries for FRP/GRP and composite materials.

9. Manage B2B portals and online marketing for our products.

10. Write product descriptions and verify details provided by the marketing executive.

11. Provide complete customer details to seniors.

12. Maintain an Excel sheet of customer payments.

13. Follow up with clients regarding quotations and payment statuses.

14. Maintain complete files for customers and track courier confirmations.

15. Provide client details to executives as needed.

16. Forward domestic inquiries received via email to the concerned person.

17. Coordinate with marketing executives for queries related to quotations, PIs, and inquiries.

18. Maintain an Excel sheet of leads and update seniors monthly.

19. Follow up on client dispatch instructions, order reconciliation, preparing proforma invoices, releasing work orders to the factory, and updating order status in the database.

20. Prepare MIS for orders.
