Business Development Officer

As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our home care/elder care services by identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the elder care/home care industry. - Generating leads and converting them into clients through strategic sales efforts. - Building partnerships with hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, and community organizations. - Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. You will also be responsible for: - Meeting with families and caregivers to understand their needs and offering suitable home care solutions. - Developing strong relationships with potential clients and referral sources. - Maintaining excellent customer service and following up on client satisfaction. Additionally, you will: - Promote home care services through events, seminars, and digital marketing. - Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, social media promotions, and branding. - Attend health fairs, community events, and networking meetings to generate awareness. Furthermore, you will: - Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs. - Provide insights to improve service offerings and pricing strategies. - Work with management to develop growth strategies. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or healthcare services. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Knowledge of elder care, home healthcare, or medical services is a plus. - Ability to work independently and drive results. - Willingness to travel locally for client meetings. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Fluency in English is required, and the work location is in-person.,
