 🔎 Role Overview

As a Business Development Officer, you will be the face of CapitNBulls in Chandni Chowk, responsible for expanding our client base through field sales and relationship building.

💼 Key Responsibilities

* Conduct field sales & client meetings in Chandni Chowk and nearby markets.

* Identify, approach, and onboard potential investors & traders.

* Explain our financial offerings in a simple, convincing manner, including:

 * Mutual Funds

 * Equity & Derivatives

 * Algorithmic Trading Services

 * Advisory Services

 * Unlisted Shares

 * Insurance Products

* Handle client account opening, documentation & follow-ups

* Assist in brokerage discussions & updates

* Build long-term client relationships and ensure trust & retention

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

* Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

* Fair knowledge of financial markets (Mutual Funds, Equity, Insurance)

* Strong communication & convincing skills

* Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented

* Prior sales/field experience is a plus (but not mandatory)

💰 *Compensation & Benefits*

* Fixed Salary + 50% Commission
