Job Description

Hiring Business Development Officer for MP Developers located at Pallavaram , Chennai

Note: Candidates from Real Estate Industry preferred.

Key roles and responsibilities

Opportunity identification: Research and identify new business opportunities within the real estate market, including new client types or geographic areas.
Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, potential partners, and stakeholders.
Lead generation: Proactively generate leads through prospecting, networking, and using tools like CRM systems and market analysis.
Client engagement: Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients and partners.
Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Market analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the curve.
Internal collaboration: Work with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and leadership, to ensure consistent strategies and smooth project execution.
Performance tracking: Track and report on business development activities and sales performance.
Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
