Lead Generation Executive – Business Development

Industry: Recruitment / Staffing / HR Services

Qualification:
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, HR, or related field

Experience:
1 – 3 Years (Experience in lead generation, business development, or recruitment sales preferred)

Location:
Remote

Salary Range:
15-20 K per month (Depending on experience & performance)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads for recruitment and staffing services.
  • Research potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and industry networks.
  • Contact and qualify prospects via calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development Manager with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information.
  • Support proposal creation and assist in client presentations when needed.
  • Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to understand service offerings.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
