Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site / remote role located in Ernakulam for the position of Business Development Officer. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, formulating growth strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, identifying potential clients, pitch our solutions and help them onboard as our customer.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and a proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• Strong presentation, and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of marketing, business growth systems, AI etc.
• Excellent Communication skills to convey ideas clearly and build rapport with clients and stakeholders
• Customer Service expertise to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Experience in SME-focused industries or start-up ecosystems is an added advantage
