Job Title : Business Development Officer (Home Care / Elder Care Services) Location : Navi Mumbai (Seawoods) Job Type : Full-Time Experience : 2+ years in business development, sales, or healthcare services Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our home care/elder care services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Growth & Sales • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the elder care/home care industry. • Generate leads and convert them into clients through strategic sales efforts. • Build partnerships with hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, and community organizations. • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. 2. Client Relationship Management • Meet with families and caregivers to understand their needs and offer suitable home care solutions. • Develop strong relationships with potential clients and referral sources. • Maintain excellent customer service and follow up on client satisfaction. 3. Marketing & Networking • Promote home care services through events, seminars, and digital marketing. • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, social media promotions, and branding. • Attend health fairs, community events, and networking meetings to generate awareness. 4. Market Research & Strategy • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs. • Provide insights to improve service offerings and pricing strategies. • Work with management to develop growth strategies. Qualifications: ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field. ✅ 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or healthcare services. ✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ✅ Knowledge of elder care, home healthcare, or medical services is a plus. ✅ Ability to work independently and drive results. ✅ Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
