Business Development Officer - Homecare

As a Business Development Officer for our home care/elder care services in Navi Mumbai (Seawoods), you will play a vital role in expanding our services by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving revenue growth. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the elder care/home care industry. - Generating leads and converting them into clients through strategic sales efforts. - Building partnerships with hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, and community organizations. - Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Meeting with families and caregivers to understand their needs and provide suitable home care solutions. - Developing strong relationships with potential clients and referral sources. - Maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. - Promoting home care services through events, seminars, and digital marketing. - Collaborating with the marketing team for campaigns, social media promotions, and branding. - Attending health fairs, community events, and networking meetings to increase awareness. - Analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs to improve service offerings and pricing strategies. - Providing insights to management to develop growth strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or healthcare services. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Knowledge of elder care, home healthcare, or medical services is a plus. - Ability to work independently and drive results. - Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
