Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in business development within the beauty, skincare, or haircare industry. Proven success in B2B sales and exceeding sales targets. Strong network and experience in onboarding salons, spas, and cosmetic retailers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
