Business Development Officer – Restaurant Industry

Position Summary:
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to spearhead strategic growth initiatives in the competitive and ever-evolving restaurant landscape. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, hospitality, and forging meaningful partnerships that elevate brand presence and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Strategy
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities including franchise models, partnerships, and location scouting.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activity, and emerging culinary concepts.
• Client & Partner Engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, corporate clients, and franchisees.
• Negotiate contracts and partnership terms that align with business goals.
• Revenue Growth
• Develop and execute campaigns to boost footfall, delivery sales, and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to launch promotions and seasonal offerings.
• Brand Development
• Represent the brand at industry events, food expos, and networking forums.
• Work closely with creative and communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Performance Monitoring
• Track KPIs including sales growth, customer acquisition, and ROI on campaigns.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and data interpretation.
• Passion for food, trends, and customer experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
