Job Role:

KMT Silks is looking for a Business Development Officer to engage in fieldwork, focused on identifying and collecting potential wedding customer data, and following up with leads to convert them into actual customers. This role plays a key part in driving customer engagement and boosting walk-in sales — without any pressure of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local areas and wedding-related events/venues to collect potential customer data.
• Engage with prospective customers and understand their wedding-related shopping needs.
• Follow up regularly with leads via phone.
• Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure smooth customer conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer data and follow-up status.
• Represent KMT Silks in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.
• Basic knowledge of textiles or wedding wear is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
