### **Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory (Ludhiana / Delhi).
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure maximum profitability.
* Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver client satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in CRM.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

### **Qualifications & Skills**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
* Proven 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (IT/software/retail/finance/related industries preferred).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
