Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Banswara, with the flexibility to work from home for certain tasks. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets. The role includes conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in New Business Development and the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to evaluate market trends and make data-driven decisions
Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining effective partnerships
Customer Service expertise to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries effectively
Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a hybrid work environment
Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
