Business Development & Marketing Associate

JOB TITLE: Business Development & Marketing Associate

LOCATION: Any location preferably Vellore, Chennai & Bangalore

REPORTS TO: Business Manager / HR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ü Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote the company’s name, products, and services.

ü Work with the team to design and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

ü Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer preferences.

ü Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication and engagement.

ü Analyze marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.

ü Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.

ü Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or community outreach efforts

REQUIREMENTS

     Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA with Marketing background will be highly recommended.

     Freshers passed out in 2024 or 2025 batch.

     Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

     Excellent communication in any local languages and interpersonal skills.

     Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Ø Familiarity with tools like Facebook & Instagram (Meta Business Suite), Canva (Free Plan), Mailchimp, Linktree, Google Analytics Meta Pixel etc.

Ø Experience with content creation or basic graphic design (Adobe suite).

Ø The background in customer outreach or sales is a plus.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

• An

  internship training period of 3 months

  will be provided, during which candidates will receive a monthly stipend ranging from

  ₹5,000 to ₹7500

  , based on performance and contribution.
• Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will be offered

  full-time employment

  with a salary package of

  ₹4.5 to ₹5 LPA

  .
• After

  6 months of confirmed employment

  , high-performing team members will be

  considered for international onsite opportunities

  in other countries.
