Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and closing deals. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business targets and implement growth strategies, while also monitoring market trends and competitors to identify potential areas for expansion. The position involves creating proposals, presentations, and sales reports for clients and stakeholders. Regular client interactions, lead generation, and negotiation will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions, IT services, and technological platforms
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Ability to conduct Market Analysis, identify new business opportunities, and create strategic plans
• Highly motivated, results-driven professional with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Experience in ERP, cloud services, or enterprise IT solutions is advantageous
