Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and develop growth strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating business proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and representing the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• Business Development and Sales expertise to identify leads, close deals, and manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and crafting Business Proposals.
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills to interact with clients effectively.
• Basic understanding or experience with SAP solutions and IT services is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.
• Educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
