Role Description:

Business Development Manager_Modern Workplace

Location: Chennai

Type: Contractual

Mandatory attendance of Microsoft driven SureStep events like SureStep Summits and Bootcamps.
Represent Microsoft in a good way by earning the Copilot and Secure Productivity Pitch Perfect Badges.
Active participation within the SureStep Community to do best-practice sharing.
Align impact of Top Resellers with the Co-op investments of the Indirect Providers.
Use Cloud Ascent data and drive GTM execution of the Cohorts Secure Productivity and Copilot for Microsoft 365.

Role Qualifications:

Preferred degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, information technology, or engineering.
3+ years of work experience in a sales role in the cloud IT business.
Preferred experience working at a technology vendor. Understanding of Microsoft 365, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
Passion for technology, learning attitude, and growth mindset.
Experience with Microsoft products and services in a call center environment.
Preferred advanced knowledge in the Microsoft 365 suite. Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-900, MS-700) completed within 2 months of onboarding.
Preferred 1 year of work experience in sales, marketing or Business Development
