Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager specializing in B2B sales, located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the gated community sector. Key day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, managing sales cycles, and meeting revenue targets. The role also involves driving market strategy, conducting competitor analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs. Qualifications Strong B2B sales experience, including lead generation and closing deals Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at various levels Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis Experience in developing and executing sales strategies and managing sales cycles Knowledge of the prop-tech industry is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Show more Show less
