Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role involves market research, networking, preparing business proposals, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets and company goals.

• Strong experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Expertise in market research, opportunity identification, and competitive analysis
• Proficiency in preparing business proposals, crafting growth strategies, and negotiating contracts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the technology or software consultancy industry is highly desirable
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
