We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our client base and build long-term business relationships in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with prospective clients across B2B and B2C segments.
Generate new business through platforms such as
Upwork, LinkedIn, Clutch
, and other lead channels.
Manage the complete sales process: lead generation, proposal preparation, client communication, negotiation, and closure.
Work closely with our design, development, and marketing teams to create effective proposals.
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets while focusing on long-term client partnerships.
Keep track of market trends and explore new growth opportunities.

Requirements

5–6 years of experience in
Business Development or Sales
within IT services (web development, app development, SEO, or digital marketing).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with
Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
, CRM tools, and proposal management.
Ability to think strategically, work independently, and collaborate with internal teams.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
