Role Overview:

Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new clients across IT & allied sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with Founders, CXOs & TA leaders.
  • Drive end-to-end business development — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.


Requirements:

  • 4–10 years’ experience in Business Development / Sales in recruitment or HR services.
  • Strong network and understanding of IT hiring landscape.
  • Proven record in client acquisition & revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven professional.
