Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US IT market (staffing/services).
  • Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with direct clients, MSPs, VMS partners, and system integrators.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Negotiate rates and terms of business with clients.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, or webinars to build a network and promote company services.

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing client base or strong network in the US IT staffing/services industry.
  • Experience working with VMS/MSP accounts.
  • Understanding of technology trends and roles (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
