Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with over 5 years of experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and team leadership preferably in the IT or outsourcing industry. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, managing external partnerships, improving digital visibility, and leading the internal sales team to meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development

Identify new business opportunities in IT services, digital transformation, and outsourcing.
Develop and implement scalable sales and growth strategies.Build and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.Prepare and present high-quality proposals, presentations, and pricing structures.Close high-value deals and lead contract negotiations.

Sales Team Leadership

Lead, manage, and mentor the internal sales team.
Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability.Support team members in client meetings, demos, and negotiations.Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture.

Outsourcing & Partner Coordination

Manage communication and workflow with outsourcing vendors or contractors.
Oversee project timelines and quality standards for externally delivered work.Ensure alignment between client expectations and outsourced outcomes.

Social Media & Brand Visibility

Coordinate with marketing to plan and manage the company's digital presence.
Guide social media campaigns and monitor performance metrics.Ensure alignment of online messaging with brand and sales goals.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development, sales leadership, or client acquisitionpreferably in IT, SaaS, or digital services.
Team Management: At least 2 years managing or mentoring a sales team.Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Hands-on experience with CRM tools and business productivity software.

Strong knowledge of IT services, software outsourcing, or digital transformation.
Proven track record in closing enterprise deals and scaling teams.Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.Ability to balance client growth, internal team performance, and digital outreach.
