Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and self-motivated Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, smart access, cloud, etc.)
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and OEMs
  • Coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial quotes
  • Work on RFPs, tenders, and vendor registration processes
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirement

Requirements

  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    in B2B/enterprise sales or business development in IT, cybersecurity, or related fields
  • Proven experience in technology solutions like cybersecurity, cloud services, network infrastructure, and smart access systems by aligning them with customer requirements and business goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client engagement abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn for sales outreach

Good to Have

  • Experience working with system integrators, VARs, or OEMs
  • Exposure to enterprise or mid-market client segments
  • Understanding of government or education sector sales (added advantage)
