🔹 Position: Business Development Manager (BDM / Sr. BDM / Business Development Officer)

🔹 Experience: 5–10 Years in Business Development (PEB/Steel/EPC/Building Materials preferred)

🔹 Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA or equivalent

🔹 Budget: Up to 15 LPA

🔹 Locations: Chennai | Bangalore | Mumbai | Hyderabad | Pune | Ahmedabad

🔹 Reporting To: Head – Corporate Marketing & BD

🔹 Travel: Candidate must be open to extensive travel within the state

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead generation & market research in the Pre-Engineered Building segment

✅ Build and maintain strong client & influencer relationships (Architects, Consultants, PMC, etc.)

✅ Create impactful presentations & drive pre-sales activities

✅ Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking forums

✅ Develop marketing & partnership strategies

✅ Ensure business growth with effective reporting & analysis
