Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Business Development & Key Accounts:

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across infrastructure, real estate, and EPC sectors.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and project authorities to ensure repeat business.
  • Drive strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence.

2. Sales & Marketing:

  • Formulate and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Develop marketing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials aligned with company objectives.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely communication and service delivery
  • Track upcoming projects and manage pre-qualification and registration processes.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and proactively resolve client concerns.

4. Project Planning & Management:

  • Coordinate with internal technical, finance, and legal teams for project feasibility, bid preparation, and submission.
  • Support the formation of Joint Ventures (JVs) or Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for strategic collaborations.
  • Maintain effective communication with consultants, contractors, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Techno-Commercial Operations:

  • Oversee pre-bid, tendering, and post-bid processes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Provide strategic inputs for bid positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Review and approve techno-commercial proposals before submission.

6. Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development team.
  • Set departmental goals, monitor performance, and ensure continuous capability building.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation..

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of infrastructure/construction project dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and managing key accounts.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
