Role & responsibilities Reviewing and understanding the request for proposal (RFP) or tender documents. Conducting site visits and assessments to gather information. Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. Estimating costs, including labor, materials, and equipment. Developing the scope of work, timelines, and project schedules, labor Histogram, P&M- Planning and deployment schedule. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. Researching and complying with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Preparing and submitting the bid proposal, including all required documents and information. Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and competitiveness of the bid. Managing and coordinating with the bid team, including subcontractors and consultants. Preferred candidate profile Skill Set Required:- Rate Analysis, Direct and Indirect Costing Quantity review and checking Value Engineering Presentation to stake holders Must have done Cost Estimation for Building Projects
