Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager specializing in US Staffing, located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building US client relationships, understanding client recruiting needs, and providing staffing solutions. Other responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, collaborating with the recruitment team to deliver quality candidates, and achieving sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and US Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of US Staffing practices and familiarity with various recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
