Job Description

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the client base in the US and Canada for accounting, bookkeeping, and related services.
  • Generate new leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, partnerships, events, and other B2B channels.
  • Nurture leads through structured follow-ups, discovery calls, and relationship-building until they are ready to convert.
  • Understand client needs, business models, and pain points, and position Datastub's solutions clearly and convincingly.
  • Manage and lead a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to consistently hit revenue and activity targets.
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline in the CRM (Zoho/HubSpot or similar), ensuring all leads, activities, and opportunities are properly tracked and updated.
