Role Overview

Sales Professionals

This is a high-growth opportunity for driven professionals who want to be part of a rapidly scaling AI platform. Youll play a key role in building pipeline, closing deals, presence in the US. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end

    sales cycles

    for SMB and mid-market clients in the US. 
  • Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnerships. 
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations of product's AI-powered recruiting platform. 
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers in

    Healthcare, Construction, Tech, and GovTech

    verticals. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies. 
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas with

    uncapped earnings potential

  • Maintain accurate reporting in CRM and provide insights to leadership. 

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years

    of experience in

    SaaS or AI product sales

    , preferably into US SMBs. 
  • Proven track record of

    quota attainment

    and revenue generation. 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (verbal and written). 
  • Familiarity with

    US sales culture and business practices

  • Prior vertical experience in

    Healthcare, Construction, Tech, or GovTech

    is highly desirable. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
