Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ludhiana. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies to increase the company's market presence. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, meeting with clients, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

• Proven experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of trade fairs and event management is a plus
