Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Senior Tele Executive, located in West Delhi. The Senior Tele Executive will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of telecallers, making and receiving calls to potential and existing clients, and delivering excellent customer service. Other tasks include maintaining call records, providing accurate information about services, and resolving customer inquiries. The role also involves strategizing to improve call efficiency and contributing to overall growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, customer service, and relationship management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate records
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the events and trade fair industry is a plus
