Role Objective

new client acquisition, key account growth and revenue generation

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Acquisition

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with

    developers, corporates, industries, data centres, hospitals, institutions, airports, logistics & warehousing clients

    , etc.
  • Build and manage a healthy

    opportunity pipeline

    from lead generation to closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, capability presentations and solution discussions along with technical teams.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain CXO / decision-maker level relationships (Promoters, Directors, Heads Projects/PMC/Facilities).
  • Act as the

    single point of contact

    for key accounts; ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Periodically review ongoing engagements with delivery teams and identify up-selling / cross-selling opportunities.

3. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track market trends, competition activities, large upcoming projects and investment plans in target sectors.
  • Map target accounts, create

    account development plans

    and support management in BD strategy and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide inputs for pricing, positioning and win themes for proposals prepared by the tendering / proposals team.

4. Sales Process & Reporting

  • Own

    monthly / quarterly sales targets

    and ensure timely achievement.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM / BD trackers leads, meetings, proposals, status and closures.
  • Prepare MIS, sales reports and presentations for management review.

5. Branding & Networking

  • Represent the company in

    industry events, conferences, exhibitions and networking forums

    .
  • Coordinate with marketing team for brochures, sector capability decks, case studies and digital campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • BE / B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)

  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing

    preferred.
  • 5–10 years of

    pure Business Development

    experience in:
    • PMC / Engineering & Design Consultancy / EPC / Infra Services / Facility or Asset Management.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record in

    B2B services selling

    with measurable revenue achievements.
  • Strong

    network with developers, corporates, industries and consultants

    in the region.
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation and negotiation

    skills.
  • Ability to understand technical services and convert them into clear value propositions for clients.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, with strong ownership and follow-up.
  • Comfortable with

    travel

    within assigned region.
