Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Core duties include planning and executing business strategies, conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, pitching services, and managing negotiations and contracts. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Development, Account Management, and Client Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Sales Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Networking, and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and handle real estate portfolios
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Gurugram or experience in the real estate or consulting sectors is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; an MBA or equivalent will be an advantage
