Job Description

We are looking for a business development Manager to generate business for Thrymr Software. A complete outbound personality and target-oriented professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Development of New Business, and customer relationships.
Proactively research and find target organizations, and establish communications with those prospects.
Establish strong connections with CXOs and key decision-makers
Constantly qualify and build new opportunities/prospects and work closely with the pre-sales and delivery team.
Acts as a source of knowledge and guidance for the opportunity in terms of pricing, model, and competition.
Coordinating and managing the entire sales life-cycle, right from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Manage collaterals and proposals.
Should be able to break first-level conversations.
Should be Willing to travel in and around Bangalore to meet leads
Research and identify new market opportunities

Skills & Experience:

Work experience of 5-8 years in selling IT services/solutions
Self-motivated individual who will represent the firm with the highest levels of professionalism
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
Networking Attitude
