Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in IT staffing sales, with a strong background in acquiring and managing new accounts for international markets.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Acquire and manage new accounts for assigned countries within the IT staffing space.
  • Generate high-end sales leads and take full accountability for completing the sales cycle in acquiring new accounts internationally.
  • Coordinate with Delivery Managers to address IT staffing needs and maintain client relations.
  • Manage existing accounts by strategizing additional opportunities and increasing revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong alliances and partnerships with clients and key account representatives through networking.
  • Participate in RFI/RFP processes to identify new business opportunities.
