Position Overview:

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard international clients in the

    digitization, archival, and content management sectors

    .
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across

    the USA, UK, Europe, and Latin America

    .
  • Leverage professional networks and LinkedIn connections (CTS) to generate qualified leads and partnerships.
  • Develop business proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and lead international negotiations.
  • Work closely with internal production and AI teams to tailor solutions for global customers.
  • Track emerging trends in

    AI, Agentic AI, and automation

     to position Swift ProSys as a technology-driven service provider.
  • Represent Swift ProSys in online and in-person international business forums and client discussions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure and handover.
Requirements:
  • Minimum

    5 years of experience

     as a

    Business Development Manager

     handling

    international markets

    .
  • Proven track record in

    digitization, document management, or related BPO/KPO industries

    .
  • Strong

    LinkedIn presence

     with meaningful international

    connections (CTS)

     in the digitization industry.
  • Exposure to

    USA, UK, Europe, and Latin America

     markets.
  • Knowledge of

    Agentic AI

     and its application in content automation or business processes.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple international time zones and work independently.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish or other European language skills are an advantage.
