We are hiring a Business Development Manager to manage key accounts and support business growth. The role includes developing growth strategies, leading negotiations, working closely with marketing teams, and ensuring partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities
• Build and manage hospital and doctor partnerships
• Lead contract negotiations
• Support marketing and growth campaigns
• Analyse market trends and business performance
• Maintain long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development or partnerships
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in healthcare is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
