Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our B2B growth in the Punjab, Haryana, Jammu and Rajasthan markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a robust network of agents to promote New Zealand primarily along with other study destination.



Key Responsibilities:

•Identify, onboard, and build strong, long-term relationships with B2B partners, including education agents, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders in the Punjab and Haryana region.

•Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand our agent network and achieve student recruitment targets for New Zealand.

•Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to our agent network, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and resources to effectively promote our services and New Zealand as a study destination.

•Organize and conduct regular training sessions, seminars, and webinars for agents to keep them updated on our offerings, New Zealand's education system, and visa policies.

•Negotiate and finalize agreements and commission structures with agents, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

•Monitor and analyze agent performance, providing regular reports to the management team and implementing strategies for improvement.

•Represent AVP Education and Visas at industry events, education fairs, and networking functions to enhance our brand presence and build new business relationships.

•Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the overseas education industry, particularly in the New Zealand market.



Required Skills and Experience:

•Proven experience in the study abroad domain, with a strong understanding of the overseas education industry.

•In-depth knowledge of New Zealand as a study destination, including its education system, universities, and visa requirements.

•Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role, with a track record of successfully building and managing agent networks.

•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners.

•Strong negotiation and networking skills.

•A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

•Willingness to travel extensively.



Preferred Skills:

•An existing network of contacts within the education agent community in Punjab, Haryana, Jammu and Rajasthan.

•Experience in organizing and managing marketing events and promotional activities.

•A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
