Business Development Manager - Study Abroad

As a Business Development Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving B2B growth in the Punjab, Haryana, Jammu, and Rajasthan markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, onboarding, and nurturing strong relationships with B2B partners such as education agents and consultants in the Punjab and Haryana region. - Developing and implementing a strategic plan to expand our agent network and meet student recruitment goals. - Providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to our agent network to ensure they are well-equipped to promote our services and New Zealand as a study destination. - Organizing training sessions, seminars, and webinars to keep agents updated on our offerings, New Zealand's education system, and visa policies. - Negotiating agreements and commission structures with agents to establish mutually beneficial partnerships. - Monitoring and analyzing agent performance, providing regular reports, and implementing improvement strategies. - Representing our company at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand presence and build new business relationships. - Staying informed about the latest trends in the overseas education industry, particularly in the New Zealand market. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in the study abroad sector with a strong understanding of the overseas education industry. - In-depth knowledge of New Zealand as a study destination, including its education system, universities, and visa requirements. - Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role, with a successful track record of building and managing agent networks. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with partners. - Strong negotiation and networking abilities. - A proactive and results-oriented approach with a willingness to travel extensively.
