Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Filing Officer located in Panchkula. The Visa Filing Officer will be responsible for handling visa applications, providing expert advice on immigration issues, coordinating with clients to gather necessary documents, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations. The role also involves maintaining client records, updating them on the status of their applications, and offering excellent customer service throughout the application process. Qualifications Strong understanding of visa processes and immigration issues Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skills Customer Service experience Ability to manage and maintain client documentation accurately Excellent organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented and capable of handling complex procedures Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
