Industry: IT & Digital Marketing Solutions About the Company: Stimulus Research Services is a fast-growing technology and digital solutions company providing cutting-edge services in Website Development, CRM/Software Development, Digital Marketing, and Print Media. We are expanding our operations in Varanasi and are looking for passionate sales professionals to join our team. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager/Executive to drive growth for our services including digital marketing, website design & development, CRM/software solutions, and print media. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, client handling skills, and preferably a working knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business leads across industries. Pitch and sell services such as: Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM, etc.) Website Design & Development CRM and Custom Software Solutions Print Media & Branding Services Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals to potential clients. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, digital marketing) to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM tools. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and conferences when required. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, digital marketing, or related services. Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, Social Media). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with field sales and client meetings. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online sales platforms. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in selling digital services like SEO, websites, CRM, or software. Experience in client acquisition and account management. Experience working with agencies or digital service providers will be a plus.
