Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and manage new client accounts in the staffing domain (IT & Non-IT).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Understand client hiring requirements and collaborate with the delivery/recruitment team to fulfill open positions.
  • Generate revenue through new client acquisition and account expansion.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close staffing deals effectively.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in

    Business Development / Client Acquisition

    within the

    Staffing industry

    mandatory

  • Proven track record of generating business and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve monthly revenue targets.
